Welcome to Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. A signed quote or confirmation of service constitutes a legally binding agreement under North Carolina law. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Any signed quote from Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC constitutes an offer and, upon client signature, forms a legally binding contract that includes service details, pricing, and terms of performance. By booking with Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC or signing a quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this agreement. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Services

Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC provides residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services.

Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of request.
Final pricing may vary depending on property conditions or additional services requested.
To secure your spot on our schedule, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve your appointment and ensure timely service.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

Appointments & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit may be required to rebook

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide safe access to the service area
Secure pets and personal belongings
Inform us of any potential hazards before service begins

Client Conduct and Right to Terminate

Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to hostile, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior from the client or any representative of the client. This includes, but is not limited to, threatening language, aggressive communication, or unreasonable demands. In such cases, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced and payment will remain due in full.

Access and Obstructions

Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC is not responsible for moving heavy, large, or awkward items (including but not limited to furniture, planters, appliances, or décor) to access windows or other surfaces to be cleaned. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure clear and unobstructed access to all areas scheduled for service. If any area is obstructed at the time of service, we reserve the right to skip that area without penalty or obligation to return. No partial refunds will be issued for skipped areas due to inaccessibility

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the service, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of completion. We will address and resolve your concerns promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Shield and Shine, LLC is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to property
Damage caused by structural issues or improper installations
Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control

Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the services provided.

All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Shield and Shine Window Cleaning, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
